We are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve IT related issues for our clients over the phone, via email, or on-site. In addition to technical assistance, you will also perform regular maintenance as well administer cyber security tools to ensure a safe and secure environment for our managed clients. 
The successful candidate will have a professional approach and ability to manage workloads and offer support, while delivering outstanding customer service!

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot hardware and software related to desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.

• Resolve issues for clients via phone, email, or on-site/in person.

• Track customer issues, resolutions, and time in ticketing system.

• Escalate unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Keep client documentation up to date.

• Create standard operating procedures and automation to improve workflow.

• Monitor and maintain networks, servers, workstations, security for managed clients.

• Identify hardware, software, security opportunities and make appropriate recommendations to client. 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT.

• Previous experience with Ticketing System and RMM tools an asset.

• Experience with Office 365, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests. 

• Excellent communication skills for communicating with clients, staff, and vendors.

• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies as they evolve.

• Ability to build relationship with clients.

• Positive and professional demeanor.

  
  Due to COVID19 this will be initially a work from home position with some on-site required. We will provide a desktop, dual monitor, and VOIP phone.
